The blades on the LS TurboShot™ wheel are bi-directional allowing for reversing blasting for an all angle clean.

Automatic Lower Crash Protection System
Many Engine Blocks have interference in the lower area of the bores and can damage honing stones and holders. Every
time the H85X starts honing a cylinder, the machine will check bores for interference avoiding potential damage to honing
stones and holders. Variances in lower bores are common. Rottler H85X Control senses lower bore interference prior to
rotation and stroking stroking motion starting at full power, eliminating any stone or holder damage.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Automatic Lower Crash Protection System – every time cycle start is activated, the machine will check that the stones will not interfere with lower bore before starting rotation and stroking preventing stone and stone holder damage.
Spindle Taper with Quick Change System – change hone heads in seconds without any wrenches
Automatic Honing Stone retract at End of Cycle – the machine will automatically retract the stones during last stroke so that the stones do not leave any scratches or marks in the bore.
Automatic Cross Hatch Angle System – the machine will automatically adjust parameters to programmed cross hatch angle and finish the bore to programmed angle.
Automatic Roughing and Finishing Load Sensing System – machine short strokes or dwells anywhere it senses a tight area.
Electronic Hand Wheel for lowering hone head into each bore
Automatic Stone Feed-out System – once hone head is positioned in the bore, the machine automatically expands stones and rotates slowly before starting hone cycle
Automatic Plateau Brush Finish Program – the machine automatically expands plateau brushes to programmed load and counts down number of plateau strokes, then withdraws the brushes and retracts to the clearance position.

Introducing the first entry level bore welder with an adjustable step feature that allows you to control the weld bead placement. Other machines use a spiral feed which forces the operator to modify the welding parameters to suit the limitations of the bore welder. The York Easy Weld allows you to adjust the bore welder to suit the parameters that best suit the application. The York Easy Weld can be used with any wire feeder that has burnback control. It’s the first bore welder of its kind that does all the weld speed calculations for you. There is no maze of wires or complicated setup. All the cables are enclosed in the mig whip making it very user friendly.
The Smart Weld control panel guides you step by step through the various modes available to you; Circular weld, Segment weld, and Skip weld. The display can also be set to either English or Spanish and can display in imperial or metric measurement.
The York bore welder is a full function mig system for ID or OD weld build up, it utilizes step technology, and it works with a wide array of wire. Its extensive bore range of 1.5 to 30” gives this machine more range than any other.
The Smart Weld 830 is rated at 250 amps, allowing you to use standard 0.35 to .045 wire for extended run times. The Smart Weld 830 is capable of running many types of wire including flux core, stainless, inconel and aluminium bronze. The Smart Weld 830 utilizes your wire feeder and welder so if you can hand weld it, you should be able to automate the process.
The Smart Weld 830 will mount to most portable boring bar setups; it also works great in a machine shop on the optional tripod base.

The BK ovens include three basic parts: a primary baking chamber, a secondary integral afterburner chamber and temperature controls (pyrometer) for the two burners. Parts to be cleaned are loaded on the cart and the timer is set. With primary temperature set between 600-700-degrees F, the secondary afterburner chamber activates at 350-degrees F and quickly rises to 1400-degrees F to completely oxidize vapor/smoke before exhausting through the triple or double wall vent stack. The primary chamber burner cycles on and off during the baking process to automatically maintain the optimum Bake-Klean temperature. The ovens use a water mist system for over-temperature control. High temperature gloves and lifting hooks are provided to unload the oven. Bake-Klean parts can be easily stripped of ash by glass beading, airless shot blasting or washing depending on the rebuilder’s preference and production volume.
